Polycarbonate cards are standard CR80 size with a thickness of 760 microns, making them ideal for printing with desktop retransfer ID card printers, just like PVC cards. Polycarbonate cards are almost indestructible and withstand short-term temperatures of up to 100 degrees.
Polycarbonate construction significantly extends the lifespan of these cards compared to PVC or PET composite cards, and also makes them perfect for laser engraving - be written on with a laser.
